Kevin Smith, Co-Founder, President & CEO

Kevin brings a great resume and a truly genius IT knowledge to Integrity Tek. The former owner and president of Revelation Computer in his 20’s, he grew the company in 5 years to leader in the industry. At the young age of 33, he has served the Networking business for 15 years. He has consulted for large networking sales companies, growing their businesses to generous profitability in less than

two years. Kevin has served on several chamber boards, has acquired numerous certifications and awards over the years, and has served on the advisory committee to several organizations.He also holds an associate’s degree, Bachelor degree, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree and will obtain it in March of 2009. Kevin enjoys spending time with is wife and three children, playing golf, and reading.

Tom Speicher, Co-Founder, VP of Sales and Marketing,

Tom comes to Integrity Tek with diverse experience. Also a PGA Golf Professional, Tom started, successfully grew, and was president of Prestwick Golf, Ltd. in Syracuse, New York for 14 years. He then went to work as a lease broker for Advantage Financial Services, and had the good fortune of meeting and working with Kevin Smith. A friendship was born, and soon they realized that they shared similar business philosophies, ethics, and ideas. They discussed partnering their experience and formed Integrity Tek. Tom brings 20+ years of sales, financial, and formed Integrity Tek.

Tom was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. Management degree. He resides in Syracuse, NY. Tom spends his free time golfing, fishing, woodworking, and reading.
